March 4, 2012 - Sunday Dinner

Today we had Sunday dinner with the Andruski side of the family.  Mom was in town and so we had a little party.  It was a lot of fun. Brig has started to be awake for a bit in the evenings.  Sometimes he's a little fussy, but with grandma and aunties around to play he was pretty happy!  He's getting a lot better at eating too.  We finally found a bottle that works and so the gassy fussiness is gone.  He's getting better at tunmmy time too.  He is such a joy to have in our lives.  I can't believe he's been here for almost 10 weeks.  There is so much I love about him.  I love his little stretches and the face he makes when he stretches.  I'm still trying to get a picture of that.  I'm loving his little smiles that show up more each day.  I love his little kicks and the way he wrings his hands.  I could go on and on.  I want to capture every little moment, but I know I can't, so I try to enjoy them as they come!  He's my little super guy.

Oh, and my little super guy also happens to be a houdini.  No matter what wrap we put him in, he gets out.  He was fussing around 5am and he doesn't usually get up until 630.  So I went in to check on him and found him completely unwrapped in the bottom corner of his crib.  So now we double wrap him at night and it seems to be working.  We are going to need a bigger blanket soon!
